My Pilates Sessions

I began doing Pilates sessions almost 10 years ago, after a severe and painful episode of instability in my neck.  The work transformed my own neck problems, and I was able to gradually become completely pain-free, with the help of Hendrickson Method Orthopedic Massage and regular Pilates exercises

Discovering the power of combining active and passive therapy as a healing protocol, I decided to learn how to teach Pilates based rehabilitation exercises and became a certified Pilates trainer in 2003.  I am currently using Pilates mat exercises and reformer work, in combination with my massage practice, to help clients become stronger, more stable and when needed, more flexible.
